Абстракт
This article presents the essence of courier services in relation to the changes taking place on the logistics and transport services markets. The subject of this article is of a theoretical and practical nature. One of the most important aims of this work was to provide information on the improvement of competition and logistics of DHL’s operations on the international and Polish courier services market, as well as the concept of implementing new organizational, management and logistics solutions into the structure of a selected logistics company.
