Абстракт
Thanks to the Polish accession to the European Union a number of Polish processing plants can benefit from EU funds. Investment subsidies from SAPARD, SOP Fisheries, SOP Fish enabled the development of export not only to other European countries but also to the USA and Canada. Family businesses has developed thanks to the Polish and foreign capital; and a strong competition has contributed to improving of fish processing quality.
