Abstrakt

This article deals with the liability for the particulars in the consignment note issued during the performance of service of transport of goods. The author considers the regulations in force in Polish domestic law and in convention regulating international road transport (CMR convention). Taking into account the conclusions resulting from the analysis of strenghts and weaknesses of both acts, the author formulates de lege ferenda demands concerning possible directions of development of domestic law.
