Intelligent Management and Artificial Intelligence: Trends, Challenges, and Opportunities, Vol.1

Purpose: The study observes the research problem that the shift of industry due to the artificial intelligence is compelling the society to be shifted where the major effect is visible with the students, which must be addressed to establish a balanced equation in between society and industry. Need for the study: The research is themed conceptually on the AI applications, where the scope is chosen the society and industry. The outcome of the study is driven methodically using thematic analysis from the secondary sources as well as the primary data has been the analysed to provide the understanding from students on the AI applications. Methodology: The justification on the research is drawn from the thematic analysis providing eleven themes as Efficiency Gains, Predictive Analytics, Real-Time Tracking, Challenges, Incremental Adoption, Data Quality and Governance, Human Resource Development, Strategic Alignment, Framework of AI Measurements, Technical-Organizational-Human Factor Interface, Intervention Implementation Plan. Findings: The thematic analysis provided the themes which are important to understand the shift of industry due to the artificial intelligence, which is compelling the society to be shifted. There is need to justify objectives, where the first objective is to explore the important factors of AI thematically based on the extraction from literature provided eleven themes of extreme importance for the implementation of the concept. The second objective to understand the importance of AI in the transforming socio-industrial landscapes is reached through the primary data analysis and the outcome from two parameters namely ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE CONTEXT OF THEIR POSSIBLE USE IN EVERYDAY LIFE, and AI TOOLS OR APPLICATIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF THEIR USEABILITY. Practical Implications: The major outcome is reached through the last objective as to measure the view of students on AI as components of socio-industrial landscapes, which is reached from RISKS RELATED TO ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE EXIST. The outcomes are supportive to the idea providing the themed concept, where respondents have their positive approach towards the acceptance and implementation of AI for the better future.
