Studia Administracyjne

Manuscripts submitted to Studia Administracyjne are accepted on a continuous basis.

Ready manuscripts must be sent in through the University of Szczecin Press’s platform for journals (www.wnus.usz.edu.pl).

Authors are sent information about preliminary acceptance/rejection of their manuscript within two weeks from submitting the text.

After the authors receive information about acceptance of the manuscript, the external review process starts which usually takes about one month.

Before submission, manuscripts must be formatted according to the following rules.

The journal does not charge fees for manuscript submission/acceptance for publication and publication.

Authors do not transfer onto the publisher author’s economic rights to the article.

Studia Administracyjne is published under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 International Public License (CC BY-SA).

All manuscripts must follow the format outlined below:

• Author’s first and last name - including academic degree/title, affiliation (name of institution, faculty), e-mail address and ORCID
• Manuscript title - precise, exhaustive, descriptive, with no general terms or abbreviations
• Abstract in the language of the manuscript - 100-300 words; must include information on: rationale behind the research (BACKGROUND), question(s) it seeks to answer (AIMS), research methods (METHODOLOGY), findings (RESULTS: major data, correlations) and how it is interpreted and what conclusions are drawn (CONCLUSIONS);
• Keywords: up to 5 significant words/phrases;
• A4 format - without a clear substantive reason, it should not exceed 20 pages (36,000 characters including spaces) and it should not be shorter than 12 pages (21,600 characters including spaces);

Article
- clearly marked introduction and conclusions

- references must follow the journal’s style download file

- spacing - 1.5

- left and right margin - 2.5 cm

- TNR 12 throughout the manuscript (bold font and italics are allowed, do not underline), no special (separate) markings allowed (headings, subheadings, underlining, bold font, colours, etc.)

Figures included in manuscripts must be additionally sent separately as graphic files (e.g. *.cdr, *.ai, *.eps, *.wmf, *.emf, Excel graphs, etc.);
Illustrations or graphics copied from the internet are not allowed (their resolution is too poor for printing);

• Title in English
  
• Abstract in English - if the manuscript is written in English, it must have an abstract of 100-300 words in English.
• Keywords in English: up to 5 significant words/phrases.
• References - ordered alphabetically according to the first letter of the author’s surname.

Before the publication, Authors must fill out and submit personal questionnaires along with required declarations (e.g. manuscript originality, consent for personal data processing) - download file.
