Abstract

The subject of the essay is the personal and intellectual relationship between Dariusz Bitner and Henryk Bereza. The first is an outstanding contemporary writer, whom Bereza promoted. Bereza, in turn, is one of the most outstanding literary critics in the post-war period in Poland.
