Abstract
Poland liberalized its postal market in 2013. It should ensure the Polish Post as much time to prepare for functioning in a competitive environment. In fact, it slowed down the restructuring of the Polish Post. Currently, adapting the Polish Post to competitive conditions is difficult because it is done during a decline in demand for traditional letter services.
