Abstract
This article aims to introduce the scope of duties of a property manager, who concluded a contract on property management pursuant to art. 185 paragraph. 2 u.g.n. The analysis showed that, despite the repealing of many regulations on professional property manager, which undoubtedly weakened the protection of the owners of real properties ordering a management service, it is clear that there are in force the special provisions, which determine the minimum scope of the statutory tasks of the manager, but only they are outlined in overall framework. It should be treated as a presumed scope of statutory task of a property manager specified by law, unless the parties clearly modified it in the contract.
