Abstract

The goal of the article is showing a connection between development of electromobility and renewable energy sources referring to socio-economic issues. An important aspect of development in e-mobility area is social favour to renewables and politics striving to growth of those sources in domestic energy mix. To achieve the best results of decarbonisation of automotive market, the energy used to drive electric vehicles should come from renewable sources. It can be assumed, that great share of renewables in energy mix favors growth of low-carbon transport and electromobility growth leads to increase of share of renewables in energy mix. The article consists of four parts that bring up different points connected with e-mobility. They are prelude with introduction, finished by conclusion. The first part presents data referring to different factors of electromobility development. In second part there is shown the social process impacting endorsement for renewables by the example of Germany. The next two parts refer to consecutively issues of investment in electromobility and balancing power system with electric vehicles.
