We invite proposals for articles to be published in this 13/2022 issue of Rocznik Komparatystyczny / Comparative Yearbook titled literature and Law
The topic of the issue relates to various intersections between law and literature. The aim of the current issue is to provide a forum for interdisciplinary discussion in the field of law and literature. We welcome articles that concern the following themes:
* law and literature studies
* reflections of law in literature
* legal texts as literary texts
* literature in law
* law on literature
Scholars interested in publishing in Rocznik are invited to send an abstract (paper proposal) of approximately 600 words to Katarzyna Jaworska-Biskup (katarzyna.jaworska-biskup@usz.edu.pl) by 31 December, 2021 with decisions made by 31 January, 2022. The deadline for full essays of approximately 5,000 words with 1.5 spaces is 31 March, 2022. All submissions must include a 100-word biographical statement. Accepted languages: Polish and English. All articles will undergo a review process. The editors reserve the right to refuse articles or to propose modifications before publication.
