Abstract

This article reconstructs Olga Tokarczuk's characteristic storytelling methods. It argues that the Nobel Prize winner's entire oeuvre operates under similar principles. Her goal is to reveal what is invisible on the surface. The article compares Tokarczuk's practice with theories present in academic humanities over the last half-century.
