Abstract
Purpose: The study aims to assess the impact of technological innovation and digital transformation on enterprise performance and the evolution of their business models.
Need for the study: As digitalization and technological advancement reshape business landscapes, companies must innovate to remain competitive and efficient. However, further research is required to assess the effects of these transformations on business performance and models.
Methodology: Based on European data from 2017–2024, the analysis combines a literature review with empirical methods – robust regression and network analysis (GGM).
Findings: The results indicate that digitization and technological investments significantly improve companies' operational efficiency and financial performance.
Practical Implications: Furthermore, digital transformation facilitates the adaptation of business models to changing market conditions, increasing the flexibility and competitiveness of companies.
