Usługi turystyczne po utworzeniu Turystycznego Funduszu Gwarancyjnego

Abstract
This publication will be subject to analysis and assessment of the amendment to the Act on tourist services, based on which the Travel Guarantee Fund has been created. Appointment of Travel Guarantee Fund has to be a way to strengthen the system of financial security in case of travel agencies insolvency. Travel Agencies are required to have current financial collateral (in the form of, among others, bank guarantees or insurance guarantees) and in the addition they will have to pay a mandatory fee (ranging from 0 to 30 zł) to the Bank Guarantee Fund of any agreement on tourist event. The proposed solutions are designed to strengthen the system of financial security of the tour operators and travel agents, what should directly influence the safety of travel agencies clients.
