Wskaźniki efektywności w badaniach nad zaufaniem międzyorganizacyjnym

Abstrakt

Cel – Podsumowanie narzędzi wykorzystujących miary efektywności dotychczas stosowanych przez autorów badań nad skutkami zaufania międzyorganizacyjnego oraz syntetyczna ich ocena w zakresie przydatności, wiarygodności i ograniczeń zastosowania w procesie badań nad skutkami zaufania międzyorganizacyjnego. Metodologia badania – W pracy wykorzystano elementy metodyki systematycznego przeglądu literatury, którym objęto 17 pozycji literaturowych dotyczących skutków zaufania międzyorganizacyjnego. Efektywność stanowiła zmienną zależną. Przeanalizowano 31 pomiarów efektywności oraz jej korelacji z zaufaniem międzyorganizacyjnym o charakterze afektywnym. Wynik – W wyniku badań ustalono, że najwyższą przydatność w procesie badań nad efektywnościowymi skutkami zaufania międzyorganizacyjnego mają mierniki o charakterze efektywności procesowej oszacowane na podstawie skali Likerta. Oryginalność/wartość – Praca stanowi podsumowanie badań innych autorów. Dokonana ocena narzędzi pomiaru efektywności może stanowić bazę dla przyszłych badaczy problemu zaufania międzyorganizacyjnego i jego skutków oraz stanowić przyczynek do analizy w zakresie kapitału intelektualnego bazującego na zaufaniu.
