Abstract
Regardless of the organization we are dealing with, the most important element in the decision-making process is information. The municipality as a unit of local government, in order to achieve a stakeholder objective, must process the information. Due to the ever-increasing collection of information that has a significant impact on decision making, municipalities must use IT solutions. Business Intelligence (BI) in municipalities can help to make decisions in a timely manner in line with stakeholder expectations. The purpose of the discussion is to try to identify new possibilities for data processing for the municipalities. Business has for many years experienced the benefits of BI systems. A BI concept will be developed that will allow efficient data processing to meet the needs of the stakeholders of the community (including inhabitants, businesses, public benefit organizations).
