WPŁYW ZAUFANIA ORGANIZACYJNEGO NA INNOWACYJNOŚĆ W ŚWIETLE BADANIA JAKOŚCIOWEGO

Abstract
Gotowość i zdolność organizacji do wdrażania innowacji wymaga zaistnienia wielu specyficznych warunków. Jednym z nich jest zaufanie budowane na różnych poziomach relacji wewnątrzorganizacyjnych. Istotne jest więc nie tylko ustalenie siły wpływu zaufania organizacyjnego na innowacyjność, ale również wyjaśnienie mechanizmu tego oddziaływania. Wnioski wynikające z badania jakościowego pozwalają stwierdzić, że szczególne znaczenie ma zaufanie instytucjonalne, które stanowi ważny punkt odniesienia w aktywności innowacyjnej pracowników.
