Abstract

The article presents the essence of the forthcoming fourth industrial revolution. Just like previous revolutions, it has a significant impact on the size and nature of anthropopression. Without transgression, i.e. conscious crossing of existing borders, culture development would not be possible and thus materializing new concepts of environmental protection. Today there are mechanisms that also cause revolutionary changes in the management of the environment and its protection. This makes possible the fourth industrial revolution. It is based on the comprehensive use of information. It has become possible to accurately determine the quality and quantity of matter that contributes to the product. This implies that basic conditions for a circulating economy are created.
