Abstract

Making business decisions is associated with the risk of their accuracy. In order to increase the chance of success, research is conducted on the behavior of potential clients, their reactions to the actions taken or opinions about the solution implemented. The most frequently used method of studying behaviors and reactions to undertaken activities is to conduct a survey among the recipients of the proposed solution. Despite the great ease of such research, the problem of reliability of the results remains, because, as experiments show, some answers given by the respondents are not always true, which greatly undermines the purpose of the entire study and the results obtained and conclusions have low business value. New information technologies allow not only to increase the credibility of research but also give completely new, very reliable methods of acquiring real behavior, which will significantly increase the effectiveness of economic solutions. It is therefore advisable to look for alternative, more reliable methods of obtaining data on customer behavior, to make business decisions.
