Abstract

Population ageing is a common and inevitable process. Its progress depends on the phase in the society development. The said process is far quicker in Poland comparing to West European countries – what is, as a matter of fact, typical of so-called post-communist countries). This article discusses the changes in the structure of demand in the labour market, as a consequence a certain situation of the elderly.
