Abstract
The book is an interesting research study devoted to the subject of engagement in work. Its design is logical and orderly. Moved 146 Managing the issues are clearly explained and supported by a solid review of the literature on the subject, reliably accompanied by bibliographic footnotes. The author showed in her a great knowledge of the discussed issues, which undoubtedly influenced well-designed research and obtained interesting conclusions. This is an important position, which is - especially with regard to the issue of the involvement of specialists - a valuable complement to existing work, especially on Polish soil. It can be an inspiration for multithreaded reflection on the subject of employee involvement, especially in Poland, as well as a solid basis for further investigations for scientists and applications - for practitioners of management.
