Abstract
The article deals with talent management issues, which are, in a sense, one of the components of organizational culture in an enterprise. It outlines the benefits that arise from the attitude of the employer, who treats their employees as added value in the company. Which positively influences the organization’s culture. The purpose of the article is to show the role of the talent management process as a component of an innovative organization culture.
