Abstract

The article raises the problem of consumers multichannel purchasing behavior in relation to the stage of searching for information about the service. The author analyzes the problems of multi-channel buying processes by comparing brick and mortal, telephone and on-line channels. Quantitative study of consumer behavior in relation to a wide range of services allows to characterize the attributes of the analyzed channels and determinants of intention to use them.
