Wpływ struktury organizacyjnej na efekty wdrożenia strategii

Abstrakt

W artykule opisano tematykę struktury organizacyjnej jako jednego z elementów wpływających na realizację strategii, a jego celem jest analiza wpływu poszczególnych aspektów struktury organizacyjnej w kontekście skuteczności implementacji koncepcji rozwojowych. Opisano także trendy zmian, jakim coraz częściej podlegają struktury współczesnych organizacji. Wyniki przeprowadzonych badań wskazały, że istnieje dodatnia zależność pomiędzy zwiększeniem stopnia decentralizacji oraz dywersyfikacji, a także zmniejszeniem zakresu formalizacji a skutecznością realizacji strategii.
